Cards
Most of our cards are 115mm wide x 170mm high. There are a few exceptions such as our square cards (114mm x 114mm) and gift cards (85mm wide x 115mm high).
Yes, all of our cards include envelopes – most cards include a standard white envelope.
There is a minimum order of $200 excluding GST and delivery for all orders on koalacards.com.au
Shipping
Our cards are dispatched from our warehouse in Hornsby, NSW Australia.
We ship with Direct Freight, Team Global Express and Couriers Please.
We ship to New Zealand using Team Global Express.
Returns
The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase. You will be issued with a full refund once we receive the product back. Return shipping will be at buyers expense. Returns must be in their original, resalable condition and packaging.
